Seated Postures after Navasana - 13 Min
The peak poses and "coming down from the mountain" poses after Navasana. The constant transitions between seated poses can easily exhaust your shoulders if you rely purely on arm strength. To preserve your energy across the entire sequence, use your yoga blocks under your hands during the vinyasas. Before you lift your seat, exhale completely and pull your pelvic floor tightly upward (Mula Bandha). Think about compressing your thighs against your ribs rather than just pushing down. This creates the weightless "air time" needed to glide your legs smoothly through to the next pose.
